Job summary

Taylor Rose TTKW Limited is seeking an experienced supervisor for our conveyancing team in Peterborough. Reporting to the Technical Property Director, you will oversee day-to-day supervision of consultants and sub-consultants, ensuring adherence to our policies and procedures and managing risk through file reviews.

You will provide inductions, training on firm policies, and act as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries.

Qualifications

• Experience running conveyancing caseload.
• Legal knowledge of conveyancing processes.
• Research ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise consultants/sub-consultants and conduct file reviews to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Be the initial point of contact for day-to-day issues, queries, or technical questions from allocated consultants.
• Undertake inductions and provide training on firm policies and procedures.
• Review source of funds checks for residential property consultants/sub-consultants.
• Monitor file levels, account balances, and dormant files, coordinating actions with the consultant/sub-consultant.
• Assist with leaver procedures and reallocation of files, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Undertake file reviews for allocated consultants including High Value Transaction reviews as required.
• Ensure compliance with obligations regarding sub-consultants (supervision logs, meetings, etc.).
• Maintain up-to-date contact and supervision logs.
