About the Role
TSR Legal are working with a leading property firm who are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Auditor to join their dedicated Conveyancer Support Team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of compliance excellence within a respected legal consultancy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed audits of residential conveyancing files, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive audits of residential sale and purchase files, identifying compliance risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in line with regulatory frameworks and best practices.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to conveyancers on audit findings and support the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
- Work collaboratively with conveyancing teams, offering expert guidance on complex transactions, including but not limited to title checks, leasehold matters, new builds, and shared ownership schemes.
- Support post-completion activities where required, including management pack handling, replies to enquiries, review of mortgage offers, searches, and registration documentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across all teams.

About YouTo be considered for this role, your CV should demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or equivalent legal professional with a minimum of 3 years' practical conveyancing experience.
- Previous experience in auditing or quality assurance within a legal or conveyancing context is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of residential property law, including title review, leaseholds, and new build developments.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and communicate issues clearly and constructively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering feedback that drives compliance and development.
- Proficiency with Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work autonomously within a team-oriented environment.
