Conveyancing Auditor Remote/Hybrid Non-Fee Earning Role

I'm currently working with a modern, progressive conveyancing firm thats looking to expand its Compliance and Support function with the addition of a Conveyancing Auditor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer whos looking to step away from fee-earning into a quality-focused, supportive role within a growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reviewing sale and purchase files to ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal procedures

Identifying any risks or areas of concern, and working with the team to implement improvements

Providing feedback and guidance to conveyancers to promote best practices and consistent quality across the business

Supporting with complex transactions and assisting with post-completion work when required including title checks, management packs, replies to enquiries, and more

What Theyre Looking For:

A qualified conveyancer (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of hands-on conveyancing experience

Ideally, some previous experience in auditing or compliance, though strong technical knowledge is key

Familiarity with title checking, leaseholds, new builds, and other specialist areas of property law

Someone detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable giving constructive feedback

Confident using case management systems and general IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
