Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience within a residential conveyancing support role.
• Experience assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Good understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and third parties.
• Preparing draft legal documents and issuing contract packs.
• Managing client enquiries and providing regular transaction updates.
