A leading national law firm is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant who holds, or is working towards, a qualification as a CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team in Cambridgeshire.

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting conveyancing matters. Working closely with the Conveyancing team, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to your line manager under their supervision, including handling more complex aspects
  • Assisting with leasehold residential conveyancing matters
  • Dealing with referral arrangements and ensuring compliance issues are addressed
  • Familiarity with CQS, Lexcel, and panel memberships
  • Building relationships with clients and professionals to strengthen the team
  • Seeking out and referring new business opportunities
