File Opening Assistant - Residential Conveyancing - 25K

Main Responsibilities:

  1. You will oversee general office administration such as logging incoming cheques, maintaining internal registers, storage of deeds and documents, etc.
  2. Opening new files is a key part of the role, including handling initial enquiries, sending out initial letters, scheduling client visits, transferring relevant documents, and closing files.
  3. You will answer incoming calls, take messages, and follow through on necessary actions.
  4. Providing quotations to prospective clients and introducers, and building relationships with them.
  5. Coordinate the file opening process for the conveyancing team across multiple offices, including handling initial calls, providing quotes via an online portal, and gathering client information.
  6. Ensure all clients' personal details are kept up to date on our electronic system.
  7. Send electronic ID checks to all clients for the conveyancing team across multiple offices.
