File Opening Assistant - Residential Conveyancing - 25K
Main Responsibilities:
- You will oversee general office administration such as logging incoming cheques, maintaining internal registers, storage of deeds and documents, etc.
- Opening new files is a key part of the role, including handling initial enquiries, sending out initial letters, scheduling client visits, transferring relevant documents, and closing files.
- You will answer incoming calls, take messages, and follow through on necessary actions.
- Providing quotations to prospective clients and introducers, and building relationships with them.
- Coordinate the file opening process for the conveyancing team across multiple offices, including handling initial calls, providing quotes via an online portal, and gathering client information.
- Ensure all clients' personal details are kept up to date on our electronic system.
- Send electronic ID checks to all clients for the conveyancing team across multiple offices.
