Conveyancing Assistant at a Leading Yorkshire Law Firm

A fantastic opportunity has opened up with one of Yorkshire's top law firms for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant at its Selby office.

This position is perfect for Conveyancing Assistants with at least 6 months of experience who are eager to take their career to the next level. You'll be working alongside a Senior Fee Earner in a highly reputable L500 firm, offering exceptional career progression.

Key Requirements:

• To be considered, candidates must have extensive experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
• Applications without this experience will not be accepted

Responsibilities:

• Open new files and input instructions into the Case Management system, generating relevant letters and documents
• Update the Case Management system in line with team procedures throughout the process
• Issue contracts on sale files and assist with responding to enquiries
• Order searches and manage exchanges and associated paperwork
• Set up completions and issue mortgage reports to clients
