Conveyancing Assistant - Residential Property, Pudsey | 12+ Months Experience Required

We're working with a well-established law firm in Pudsey that's looking to expand its busy residential property team with a confident, client-focused professional. Responsibilities
  • Opening new files and managing instructions via the Case Management system
  • Drafting contracts and assisting with replies to enquiries
  • Ordering property searches and preparing mortgage reports
  • Handling exchanges, completions, and related documentation
  • Managing incoming post, telephone enquiries, and general admin duties
  • Filing, billing, photocopying, and archiving
What We\'re Looking For
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing (sales & purchase)
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines
