A respected Real Estate firm in Chester is seeking a highly motivated Conveyancing Assistant with at least 2 years of administrative experience. The role involves supporting a Senior Fee Earner in managing documentation, ensuring excellent client service, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary of circa £27,000 per annum.

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to support a Senior Fee Earner within our respected Real Estate team.
The role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities• Communicating effectively: Liaise with clients and third parties via phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face.
• Managing documentation: Organise and chase necessary documentation including ID, mortgage offers, and searches.
• Updating systems: Keep the case management system and third-party websites updated in real time.
• Client service: Ensure excellent client service throughout the conveyancing process.
• Preparing documentation: Create documentation and completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices.
• Handling post-exchange tasks: Complete post-exchange tasks and handle completions on completion day.
• Assisting with administrative duties: Support the team and others as required with general administrative tasks.
• Strong administration experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
• Attention to detail: Sharp attention to detail and a professional telephone manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Organisational skills: Excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Communication skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with case management systems: Previous experience with case management systems.
• Willingness to learn: A genuine willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Conveyancing Assistant within a Residential Conveyancing Department.
