A1 Personnel Employment Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner in Chelmsford to manage own caseload from instruction to completion. The role supports a busy Residential, New Build and Shared Ownership team and offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle a range of transactions including residential freehold and leasehold sales/purchases
• Work on New Build and Shared Ownership conveyancing
• Handle remortgages and related property matters
• Coordinate with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions

Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our clients busy Residential, New Build and Shared Ownership team in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer , although we are also keen to hear from experienced conveyancing professionals who have a strong track record of managing their own caseload.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality and responsive service to clients.

Your caseload will include a range of:

• Residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership transactions
• Remortgages and related property matters
• Leasehold and title-related matters

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently and to agreed timescales.

About You

• A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• An experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with a proven track record
• Experienced in managing a caseload from instruction through to completion
• Confident dealing with both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Ideally experienced in New Build and/or Shared Ownership conveyancing
• Organised, commercially aware and able to manage competing deadlines
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a wider team
