Berry Recruitment is out looking for a Conveyancer/ Solicitor for an new established firm. A forward-thinking, newly established law firm looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to lead our property practice and take on the pivotal role of Head of Financial Administration (HOFA). This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a growing firm, combining your legal expertise in property transactions with financial oversight and compliance responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish.
  • Advise clients on legal procedures, draft and review contracts, and conduct due diligence.
  • Handle trust-related property matters and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Oversee client accounts and internal financial administration as HOFA.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (5+ years PQE preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and trusts.
  • Experience with HOFA duties and financial compliance.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Details
  • Location: Office-based with hybrid flexibility - Warwickshire
  • Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
