Job description

Conveyancer/Residential Solicitor/FCILEx | Head of Department | Non-Corporate Firm | £55k+ | Hybrid

Are you an experienced fee earner looking for better control of your own matters and the opportunity to exercise your love of networking?

Are you interested in joining a growing practice that emphasizes work/life balance and values you as an individual, rather than just another cog in a corporate machine?

I'm looking to speak with an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner interested in joining a well-established, regional practice, heading up their Residential Property team.

You'll take full ownership of your caseload from instruction to completion, advising both individuals and businesses on a diverse range of transactions. From reviewing contracts and handling completion to resolving complex due diligence issues, you'll play a vital role in ensuring matters progress smoothly and efficiently.

You will also play a key role in decision-making, working alongside current directors to help grow the practice, whilst overseeing team members.

What sets this opportunity apart is the firm’s genuine commitment to professional development, wellbeing, and work-life balance. Working hours are 9–5 with a full hour for lunch, and the package includes 33 days' annual leave, hybrid working (typically 50/50), and a competitive benefits package.
