Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in Leeds is seeking an experienced real estate professional to join our busy conveyancing team. You will handle varied property transactions for housing associations, care home operators and developers, drafting deeds of covenants, certificates and transfers.

You will also report on title, review searches and manage post-completion Land Registry work in a collaborative, client-focused environment where accuracy and organisation are valued.

Qualifications

• An established conveyancer, licensed conveyancer or CILEx lawyer with property transaction experience.
• CILEx lawyers need conveyancing practice rights.
• At least a 2:2 degree in law or a conversion, strong drafting and organisation, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage files and draft deeds of covenant, certificates and transfers.

The role

You will manage files, draft deeds of covenant, certificates and transfers, report on title, review searches, and handle post completion and Land Registry work.
