The successful candidate will run their own caseload, handling a variety of matters, particularly in part exchange transactions. Description
You will be joining an established Residential team within a large law firm. The firm act for a lot of national and high profile housebuilder clients. The firm's property team is extremely large with fee earners working across different locations in the country.
The team are looking for somebody to sit within the part exchange department of their development unit.
The team are open minded on your background - as long as you come from a Conveyancing background and can run your own caseload without supervision. So you don't need to be currently sat in a housebuilder or part-exchange team.
It will be a varied role dealing in a range of matters including unregistered properties bought and sold by way of part exchange by national housebuilders as part of their plot sales procedure.

Profile
The team are looking for somebody who is looking to work in a large law firm and has extensive experience in Conveyancing work. This could be experience gained in a traditional high street practice - they don't need you to have worked in a national law firm before. It's imperative that you can run your own files from start to finish so it's likely that you will need to have at least 3 years' experience in Conveyancing.
The role could suit a qualified Solicitor or a qualified Conveyancer.
