Residential Conveyancer - Swansea

Are you an experienced residential conveyancer looking to progress your career?

Join a friendly and supportive residential property team, based in Swansea, where you'll play a key role in helping clients move home with confidence and efficiency.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated residential conveyancer to manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload. You'll handle all aspects of residential property law including; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and newbuild transactions. You will be working closely with clients, estate agents and lenders ensuring every property transaction is handled smoothly from instruction to completion. You'll also have chance to support marketing and getting involved in business development.

About you

You will have at least 2 years' experience in managing your own caseload of residential property and conveyancing files. You'll have excellent communication and be able to show you have a proactive approach to client care.
