Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Hartlepool

Hours: Full time

Ark Search are currently looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well known high street practice in Hartlepool on a permanent basis.

Job Duties:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing cases
• Dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold files
• Handling own title checks
• Dealing with new builds, remortgages and right to buys
• Exposure to some commercial property cases and looking to build upon this

About You:

• The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or a candidate Qualified by Experience that has previously managed a conveyancing caseload. It would be advantageous to have some commercial property experience but not essential

Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP40,000 (DOE)
