Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Taunton is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a supportive, people-focused firm with a strong local reputation and steady flow of quality work. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, handling a range of transactions and collaborating with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
• Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression.
• Delivering clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the wider property team when required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
