The Position

• Conducting conveyancing matters on behalf of clients
• Demonstrating a high level of competence in all conveyancing matters
• Managing support services, including supervising support staff
• Participating in marketing activities, networking, and developing new business
• Maintaining financial control through cash flow management, collection of monies, and billing
• Supporting other fee earners during sickness and leave periods
• Billing clients in accordance with rates and time spent to meet financial targets
• Minimizing risk and ensuring correct file management per firm procedures
• Undertaking training in line with firm policies and SRA competency frameworks
