About the Role:

Capio is proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected and growing law firm to recruit an experienced Conveyancer. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, within a supportive and well-structured team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
Draft and review contracts, conduct property searches, and deal with Land Registry and HMRC requirements
Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the firm’s case management system
Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong professional relationships

About You:

Minimum of 2 years' experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
Qualified Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner
Strong working knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Proactive communicator with a commitment to client service
Confident with legal technology and case management systems
