Recruitment Professionals is partnering with a highly regarded and expanding law firm in Lancashire to recruit aConveyancing Solicitororexperienced Conveyancer. The firm is known for its modern systems, supportive leadership, and commitment to excellent client service.

Salary: £32,500 – £45,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership matters
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality legal work within set timelines
• Utilise advanced case management systems and legal software

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer
• Strong track record in residential property work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• In-depth knowledge of conveyancing processes and legislation
• Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
