Are you a skilled Conveyancer ready to build your career with a leading legal practice? My Client is looking for an experienced property professional to join their award-winning team in Kent. You’ll be responsible for managing a broad caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. Working in a modern, well-supported office with advanced case management tools, you’ll deliver smooth, compliant, and client-focused transactions — all while enjoying strong peer support and professional development opportunities.
You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, shared ownership, and transfer of equity matters. You’ll liaise with clients, lenders, agents, and third parties to ensure a seamless process. You’ll also play an important part in upholding risk and compliance standards while ensuring clients receive clear, regular updates throughout their property journey.
You are a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Executive with a proven record in residential property law. You’re confident managing files from start to finish and thrive in a busy, client-focused environment. With a friendly approach and great attention to detail, you’re committed to making the conveyancing process clear and stress-free.
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience)
Confident handling a full residential caseload independently
Strong knowledge of property law, compliance, and CQS standards
Experience with leasehold, freehold, new builds, and shared ownership
Familiarity with online case management and Land Registry systems
Committed to delivering excellent client service
Organised and proactive with strong communication skills
A team player with a positive attitude
