Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Conveyancer at Inspire Legal Group. You will have the opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking, smart firm where our legal tech allows you to focus on 'law'.

You will be responsible for risk assessments, title checking, and generating reports for clients.

The role includes daily telephone meetings with certain clients, supported by our Client Services Team. Responsibilities include title checks, enquiries, and creating legal reports, all managed through automated task lists that allow lawyers to focus on legal work while our HQ and systems handle the rest. This is a fast-paced, hardworking environment where you will react to various legal matters daily.

Qualifications

• Expertise in law and legal issues
• Experience in title checking, raising enquiries, and legal document preparation
• Attention to detail and analytical skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and remotely while engaging in daily team meetings supporting the Head of Conveyancing
• Experience in RTB leasehold and freehold purchases and sales
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent with 5 years proven experience
