Main Purpose of the Role

We require a confident property professional to help us continue our successful provision of residential conveyancing. This role will manage a team with a caseload of around 75 files, providing a first-class customer service experience to clients referred by a dedicated group of property professionals.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Experience in Leasehold and Freehold Purchases and Sales
• Undertake the role of a Conveyancer with due diligence at all times, ensuring the best interests of the client, mortgage lenders, and Dezrezlegal are protected.
• Deal effectively with clients and introducers via telephone and written correspondence, providing advice on residential property matters in England and Wales.
• Verify client identification in accordance with Dezrezlegal’s AML policy.
• Maintain regular contact with introducers and provide feedback.
• Ensure completion statements are produced accurately and promptly.
• Identify and address training needs within your team and facilitate professional development.
• Log contract papers, raise enquiries, and report on contract and mortgage matters.
• Manage purchase transactions and promote business development for Dezrezlegal Ltd.
• Attend relevant courses and maintain CPD records.
• Stay updated on relevant legal changes and disseminate information to colleagues.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
