Job summary

Eventus Legal is seeking a Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or seasoned Fee Earner) to join a well-established Residential Property team based in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire. The role is full-time and office-based, offering a competitive salary up to £45,000 DOE.

You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, with support from the wider team when required, and benefit from flexible working arrangements and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with substantial practical conveyancing experience
• Proven experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including both leasehold and freehold files
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and current regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to advise clients and manage relationships with third parties

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold matters, right to buy, shared ownership, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Drafting and preparing relevant conveyancing documentation and SDLT forms
• Providing clear and accurate advice to clients throughout each transaction
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties

Role Responsibilities

As a Conveyancer(Solicitor, Legal Executive, LicensedConveyanceror seasoned Fee Earner)in Eastwood, Nottinghamshireyou will take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters frominitialinstruction through to completion, including post-completion work. You will be supported by the wider conveyancing team whenrequired, including on more complex transactions.

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases,leaseholdand freehold matters, right to buy, shared ownership,remortgagesand transfers of equity

• Drafting and preparing relevant conveyancing documentation and SDLT forms

• Providing clear andaccurateadvice to clients throughout each transaction

• Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other third parties to progress transactions efficiently

Person Specification
