Job description

Our client, a well-established and respected law firm specializing in residential conveyancing, is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their team.

The role would offer a varied caseload focusing on all aspects of residential conveyancing with an existing caseload, and the firm also provides fantastic opportunities for progression.

For this role, you would need:

1. A sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
2. To be highly organized and familiar with regulatory compliance procedures.
3. To maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets.
4. Great IT skills and the ability to use case management systems and software.
5. To be a team player and a safe pair of hands who understands the importance of developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and client care.

This role is open to solicitors, legal executives, and also experienced fee earners who don't hold any relevant qualifications but have at least 3 years of experience as a fee earner.
