The Firm
Crone Corkill is working with a national law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their vibrant & passionate team in their central London office on a permanent hybrid basis. You will join a well-established business that is well-known for its expertise across all residential and real estate matters, Wills & Estates, Power of Attorney and Enfranchisement matters. The Role
With a diverse caseload you will hit the ground running with a focus on the below duties:

  1. Manage a caseload of 50 to 60 files across residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, and new-build transactions.
  2. Handle the entire transaction process from instruction to post-completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  3. Liaise professionally and effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Conduct title checks, searches, and contract drafting, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  5. Work collaboratively within a supportive team that celebrates each other's successes.
  6. Oversee support staff and delegate tasks.

About You
You have 3 years experience in a busy conveyancing practice and are looking to join a larger team or develop your exposure across new & exciting projects at a highly successful firm.

  1. Minimum 3 years managing a busy residential property portfolio.
  2. Proven knowledge & expertise in new builds & shared ownership.
  3. Laser attention to detail & compliance.
  4. Relevant Conveyancing qualifications.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
