Conveyancer – Lisburn

Full Time

Artemis Human Capital is currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-established legal firm based in Lisburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential property law to take ownership of a busy and varied caseload in a supportive and client-focused environment.

The Role:

  • Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfers, and other relevant documentation

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and financial institutions

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements

  • Maintaining accurate case records and working efficiently within internal systems

About You:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a conveyancing role, ideally running your own files

  • Ability to manage transactions confidently and independently

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Confident communicator who delivers a high standard of client service

  • Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
