Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team based in Doncaster. This opportunity will give you the chance to work closely with the firm's senior partners and conveyancing team and make a difference.

THE ROLE:

1. Handling a portfolio of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new builds.
2. Seeing all aspects of conveyancing through from start to completion.
3. Liaising with Lenders and Estate Agents etc on the client's behalf.
4. Perform legal searches, exchange of contracts and completions and investigate titles.

THE CANDIDATE:

1. Experience in residential conveyancing.
2. Ability to handle a diverse caseload.
3. Thorough understanding of the conveyancing process, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
