We are looking for a proactive individual to join Talbots as a Conveyancer. To be successful, you will have at least 2 years post-qualified experience or equivalent in Residential Property.

As a Conveyancer, you will be expected to offer an excellent service to clients and provide accurate legal guidance on a broad range of matters, as well as assist with the future development of the department.

What the job involves
  • Managing a full caseload focused on Residential Conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers, including handling technical legal enquiries.
  • Being actively involved in the development of the department, including training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.
What you need
  • A minimum of 2 years qualified experience or equivalent as a Conveyancer in Residential Property.
  • Varied knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law and practice.
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and being an organized team player.
