Role Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced conveyancer to join a busy and growing residential property team. You’ll play a key role in managing your own caseload from instruction to completion, with plenty of autonomy and support to develop your career in a client-focused, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files: Gain autonomy and build client rapport

• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity: Deepen your technical knowledge

• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors: Hone your communication and organisation skills

• Contribute to a collaborative team culture: Enjoy ongoing development and internal support

Requirements:

• Experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload

• Strong knowledge of the full property transaction lifecycle

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Comfortable working with a case management system

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
