The Best Connection are recruiting for a permanent role as a Converting Operator. You will operate converting and slitting machinery to produce products to high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to maintain quality and follow procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate converting and slitting machines.
• Monitor production output and machine performance.
• Carry out start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Package, label and scan finished products.
• Complete quality checks and production paperwork.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and fault finding.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Aim for productivity, quality, and waste reduction targets.
