Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting a Production Operative for a Malvern-based manufacturing site. This is a temp to perm opportunity with genuine long-term career prospects.

You will work a 3-week rotating shift pattern (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) and earn £13.98 per hour with overtime £20.97 per hour after 40 hours. Weekly pay and pension contributions are included. Additional benefits include 28 days leave (pro rata) and access to The Best Connection Perks at Work.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Positive, reliable attitude and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow health and safety procedures.

The Best Connection are recruiting Conversion Operatives on behalf of our client in Malvern, a leading manufacturer of sustainable packaging products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with genuine long-term career prospects.

Duties Include:

• Loading and unloading materials onto production machinery
• Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Accurately recording production data and information
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Working Hours:

3-week rotational shift pattern (Monday to Friday):

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00

Pay Rates:

• £13.98 per hour
• £20.97 per hour overtime rate after 40 hours worked
