Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist - Lichfield/Remote (UK Only)

My client is seeking a CRO/UX strategist with a keen eye for detail to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of the Performance Marketing team, playing a key role in achieving strategic goals. You should be knowledgeable and results-oriented, serving as a go-to expert in CRO within the team. Your responsibilities will include liaising with internal teams, outsourcers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, timely approvals, and effective communication of test results. Collaboration with designers, developers, and strategists will be essential to develop client-side experiments and implement customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client websites to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop tests according to specifications, considering feasibility and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze live A/B test performance, ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Conduct peer code reviews to ensure best practices, performance, and reliability.
  • Review and debug tracking solutions to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assess the feasibility of proposed tests, providing insights into technical and strategic implications.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience in digital marketing, CRO, or project strategy roles.
  • Understanding and improving user journeys.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools like VWO and Google Optimize.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical findings to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
  • Design experience with Figma and/or Photoshop.
  • Experience with tagging tools such as Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of jQuery.
