Job description

About 7days Performance

At 7days Performance, we don't just dream cars — we live them. We’re one of the UK’s most exciting high-performance car competition platforms, delivering adrenaline-fuelled prizes, content and experiences to a growing community of automotive enthusiasts.

We’re scaling fast and need smart, curious, data-driven people to help us go further. As our Conversion and Lifecycle Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end customer journey — from first click to long-term loyalty — combining smart website optimisation with high-impact email and SMS strategies.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of growth and user experience. You’ll lead our CRO strategy to optimise website and mobile journeys, while also designing and executing CRM flows that engage, convert and retain users at every stage of the funnel.

You’ll also take ownership of landing page performance, using tools like Unbounce, Instapage, VWO or similar to build, test, and iterate quickly — without relying solely on development support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a CRO roadmap across web and mobile — landing pages, funnels, checkout and more
  • Work with the CRM team to build and optimise automated email and SMS journeys — including onboarding, post-entry, winback and loyalty flows
  • Own and optimise landing pages using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g. Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow, or similar)
  • Use insights from GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo (or similar) to deeply understand user behaviour and performance
  • Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates, engagement and revenue
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development to bring optimisations to life — quickly and effectively
  • Drive personalisation and segmentation across both web and CRM to deliver more relevant experiences
  • Own KPIs around conversion, engagement, retention and LTV, reporting results and learnings to the wider team
  • Champion a culture of testing, iteration, and customer-first thinking across the business
  • 3+ years in a CRO, CRM, or growth marketing role, ideally in e-commerce, digital competitions, or subscription businesses
  • Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable
  • Strong experience using landing page optimisation tools (e.g. Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, VWO, Optimizely or similar)
  • Solid grasp of UX, behavioural design, and funnel optimisation
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable analysing performance and drawing actionable insights
  • Passion for customer journeys, fast feedback loops, and conversion at scale
  • Bonus points for an interest in cars, competitions, or both

• Quarterly staff training & team building events.
• Staff fridge filled with goodies throughout the week (snacks, drinks, etc).
• Free lunch.
• Branded hoodies & T-Shirts.
• Free parking.
• Experience supercars close up.
• We are growing and expanding so we have growth opportunities for the right candidate.
