We’re now looking for a Conversation Designer to join our Design Team - someone passionate about crafting intelligent and intuitive voice and chat experiences that elevate how people connect with technology.

We’re expanding our leadership in Conversational AI at Nextview - and you’ll be a key part of it. As one of the first dedicated Conversational Designers at Nextview, you’ll help shape and scale our approach across platforms, with a particular focus on Agentforce. This is a strategic role for someone excited to build on our strong foundation - defining best practices, recommending the right tools and technologies, and crafting meaningful, user-centered conversational experiences that deliver real impact.

This is more than a job. You’ll play a visible role in shaping Nextview’s growing AI and design capability, with clear opportunities to grow into senior design leadership or AI strategy roles.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Conversation Designer, you’ll be at the heart of crafting meaningful, intuitive voice and chat experiences for Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Generative AI-powered solutions. You’ll work across multiple industries and client engagements, applying your skills in a fast-paced consulting environment where no two projects are the same. Your role goes beyond writing prompts - you'll shape conversations that feel natural, empathetic, and distinctly human. Working closely with our design, AI, and development teams, you’ll turn complex business goals into engaging, lifelike interactions that build trust, reduce friction, and truly resonate with users.

  • Lead the design of AI-driven conversations that feel human, build trust, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Accelerate adoption of virtual agents by creating intuitive, brand-aligned experiences for top European brands.
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops with clients, presenting ideas and leading discussions that influence stakeholders from CX leads to C-suite executives.
  • Design natural, intuitive conversational flows for both text and voice interfaces, aligned with user needs and brand tone.
  • Define and maintain distinct conversational personas, tone of voice, and interaction strategies that reflect brand identity and resonate with users.
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover user pain points, align conversation design to business goals, and influence customer journeys.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders on tone of voice, response depth, and conversational strategy.
  • Monitor and improve conversational performance using Salesforce AI Agent Builder, with a strong understanding of the Atlas reasoning engine and intent abstraction.
  • Prototype and test dialog flows using selected tools that ensure validating ideas quickly and iteratively.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and QA teams across the full delivery lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Analyze live agent interactions and user data to continuously improve conversational experiences and boost virtual agent effectiveness.
  • Advocate for the strategic role of Conversation Design in AI implementations, clearly articulating its business value to clients and teams.
WHAT YOU BRING

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a full-time position. Please note that, due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess valid and relevant work permits that allow full-time employment in the Netherlands or the UK. This requirement is essential for the successful execution of the role and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this prerequisite.

  • 3+ years of experience designing conversational experiences, ideally with LLMs or AI-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of modern reasoning-based AI models and conversational orchestration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to align cross-functional teams on tone, scope, and design goals.
  • Strong communication and consultancy skills - able to lead conversations with clients and influence outcomes.
  • Proven ability to articulate the strategic importance of Conversation Design in AI implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with tools that support effective conversation and experience design (e.g., prototyping, flow design, annotation).
  • A human-centered mindset, with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Strong visual communication and prototyping skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Comfort working in agile, cross-functional teams and consulting environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience mapping customer journeys or modeling business processes to inform conversation design.
  • Familiarity with conversational AI systems such as ElevenLabs or similar speech AI platforms.
  • Experience designing in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce AI Agent Builder (formerly Einstein Bots).
  • Awareness of Salesforce Einstein and Generative AI capabilities.
