Key Accountabilities

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Product to craft and execute a bold vision for our Conversational Assistant and GenAI initiatives. Inspire and lead a team of engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Technological Innovation: Drive the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions to enhance customer and colleague experiences and improve operations.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data scientists, engineers, and UX designers, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Delivery Excellence: Define roadmaps, manage budgets, and allocate resources to ensure timely project delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating the value and impact of our AI projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI, seeking opportunities to enhance our solutions.
• Coaching and Development: Mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and skill development.

Purpose of the role

Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to realize the vision outlined in the product roadmap, leveraging the bank’s technologies.

Accountabilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owners and technical teams.
• Support the development and communication of the product strategy and vision.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and define product requirements.
• Implement assessments for continuous testing and improvement of product quality.
• Monitor product performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Keep abreast of technological trends to adopt new approaches for product development.
