About the role

Tesco: FT role - PT would be considered

Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train the best people for your team, developing their operational and leadership skills.
• Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building the store's brand and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Lead your team in driving trade activity, growing sales, and maximizing profit.
• Build your managers' knowledge to deliver and sustain the Store Change Plan, resource planned activities effectively, and resolve root cause issues with sustainable solutions.
• Prioritize safety by coaching the team to use all security tools to maintain a safe working environment.
