The engineer will join the Performance & Control Team, working closely with manufacturing and maintenance to maintain robust production performance and ensure precise documentation of changes and improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in industrial control systems and automation.
- Strong capability in fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing and proving ground environments.
Responsibilities
- Operations support: Deliver controls and software support for manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment control system issues to minimize factory downtime.
- System optimization: Execute software updates, fault-finding, and continuous system optimization.
- Testing and validation: Support commissioning, testing, tuning, and validation of production machinery.
- Process improvement: Analyze production procedures to drive quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with manufacturing and maintenance teams and document code and system changes.
