Controls Engineer

Location: Newham

Salary: £50,000 - £62,000 Basic + Overtime (OTE £70k REALISTIC) + Progression Plans + Specialist Training + Expenses Covered + Days + IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

We are seeking controls engineers with PLC programming experience to develop into senior roles within a company at the forefront of the recycling industry. This role offers a potential package of up to £70k.

This company specializes in manufacturing special purpose machines for recycling companies across the UK, with ambitious growth plans. As a controls engineer, you will work with a company that values skill development, clear progression paths, and technical challenges, overseeing projects from start to finish while earning a competitive package.

Your responsibilities as a controls engineer will include:

1. Covering the UK and Europe as a controls engineer
2. Programming PLCs and commissioning automated machines
3. Managing customer projects from start to finish

Requirements:

• Experience as a controls engineer with commissioning expertise
• Willingness to work on customer sites across the UK and Europe, approximately once a month
• PLC programming experience with Allen Bradley
• Commutable to within an hour of Newham
