About the Role

We’re looking for a Controls & Automation Engineer who loves solving problems, building innovative solutions, and pushing boundaries with automation, robotics, and data. If you’re comfortable with PLC coding and hands-on with machinery, this role is for you.

Experience in the industry with all skills listed is not mandatory. If you’re a recent graduate in an engineering-related field, eager to learn, hands-on, and interested in AI, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance (30%)

• Maintaining modern machinery for smooth operation
• Responding to breakdowns efficiently
• Developing smart maintenance systems to prevent issues

Factory Automation & Design (70%)

• Basic projects: PLC-controlled dust extraction and powered conveyors
• Mid-level: Automated vision systems for quality control
• Advanced: Fully automated robotic sorting and packing stations
