Qualifications

Where will you be working?

MEICA and capital maintenance - Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What we need from you?

  • Experience with instrumentation to include but not limited to Temperature, Level (Radar and Capacitance), Flow, Switches
  • Experience with industrial DCS/SCADA systems such as Profibus PA and DP along with a strong ability to interpret, diagnose and rectify Logic in both Ladder and Function block formats.(ABB , Siemens , Allen Bradley)
  • Inspection and Calibration of H2S sample points and monitors
  • Loop injection of instrumentation assets
  • Updating of Software/Firmware
  • Saving of PLC Programme files
What’s essential?
  • Water Sector experience
  • Valid UK driving license
  • NVQ Level 3 in Controls and Instrumentation
  • Key understanding of Instrumentation Calibration processes
  • Experience using Druck or Beamex Calibration Equipment
  • Electro Technical Certificates in Controls and Instrumentation
