Job summary

Fleek is hiring a Controller to build the next layer of finance, establishing a scalable controllership foundation as the business grows. You’ll redesign processes, drive month-end cadence, and partner with leadership to embed strong controls

In this senior individual contributor role at our London HQ, you’ll shape the finance function and work across teams to accelerate Fleek’s scale in the global secondhand market.

Qualifications

• CA/CCA/CPA credential required.
• Experience in scaled environments (MNCs, big tech, or similar).
• Experience building accounting systems or processes from scratch, not just operating within established ones.

Responsibilities

• Build the Controllership foundation with accounting processes, controls and operating rhythm for scale.
• Redesign existing systems and workflows where they break down or are not fit for purpose.
• Own the month-end operating cadence with tighter deadlines and clearer information flow.
