Compensation

• $120,000–$140,000 base salary, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance processes with speed and accuracy
• Oversee AP/AR, job costing, margin control, and project financial tracking
• Manage financial systems architecture—Trimble, Sage 300, and Procore
• Deliver GAAP-compliant statements and continuous improvements in financial reporting
• Build budgeting and forecasting models aligned with growth goals
• Develop and lead a responsive, high-performing finance team
• Collaborate with the COO on strategic planning and board-level reporting

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• 7+ years of accounting experience in construction
• Experience with Trimble Construction One ERP (non-negotiable)
• Sage 300 knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred but not required
• Experience in construction or project-based environments
• A mindset of ownership—someone who sees problems and takes initiative
• Adaptability and ambition to grow into the CFO role
