A leading logistics company is seeking a Control Tower Operations Manager to oversee operations at its Coventry Campus. This role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance with KPIs and safety policies, and driving operational excellence while providing development opportunities for employees.

About the role:
To effectively and efficiently manage the Coventry Campus yard,ControlTowerand local Linehauloperations, in line with the operational core values and in accordance with the principles of the Company ‘Mission Statement’.
To motivate, coach and develop a site team to achieve excellence in all areas of the operation. A focused and as necessary hands-on approach is required in some areas. The main role aim is to achieve excellence on standards of service and to liaise and work with theControlTowermanagerto ensure that KPI’s and standards are achieved as detailed in the site plan.
