Location - Glasgow, Permanent
Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our Glasgow office 2 days per week for this position.

We're building something special at Tesco Bank, and this is an exciting opportunity to join our Banking Controls First Line Risk Function. As a Quality Assurance Senior Manager, you'll lead a team of Quality Assurance Managers and Analysts, driving excellence across our Banking Products.
You'll own and evolve our Quality Assurance Framework, develop and execute testing plans, and provide insightful reporting to senior stakeholders. Working closely with senior leadership, business risk partners, and product teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our control environment and influencing how we work.
