As our Control Technician, your goal will be to maximize plant and process availability, ensuring they operate effectively, efficiently, and safely.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Equipment Failures: Conduct effective fault finding and problem resolution on complex systems to maintain plant efficiency.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe environment.
  • Budget Control: Support financial control procedures to keep track of current spend versus budget.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage actively in plant continuous improvement activities.
  • Physical Infrastructure: Support maintenance of site infrastructure, buildings, and equipment, reporting issues and performing remedial repairs where possible.
  • Resource Utilisation: Use time effectively by focusing on notifications, work orders, and predictive tools like thermal imaging.
