Actemium Automation Peterborough is seeking a proactive Software Controls Systems Engineer to join our control system software team. You will develop, commission and support control system software integration for industrial automation projects across multiple sectors.

You will collaborate with project managers, control system hardware engineers, suppliers and customers to develop, implement and test PLC, HMI and SCADA solutions that meet project requirements, safety standards and client

Qualifikationen

Proven experience in developing and commissioning control system software.
Familiarity with one or more PLC/SCADA platforms, ideally Rockwell Automation.
Experience producing control system documentation.

Aufgaben

Develop and maintain control system software (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
On-site commissioning, integration and testing of control systems.
Create and review functional design specifications and system documentation.
Lead factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT).
Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver projects on time and to spec.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting and remote diagnostics.
