BLAZECORP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Control Systems Research Engineer to own algorithmic stability and real-time execution for high-efficiency power architectures, electric drives, and energy systems.

The role involves designing control loops, developing embedded firmware, and validating software in high-power lab environments with HIL test setups.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical, Electronic or Control Systems Engineering.
• Deep grasp of digital control theory, state estimation and power converter systems.
• Expert-level MATLAB/Simulink for simulation and system modelling.
• Strong C/C++ for embedded firmware.
• Hands-on architecture experience with MCUs, DSPs or FPGAs.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and model advanced control loops for power converters and dynamic energy systems.
• Develop real-time firmware, diagnostic algorithms and fault-detection routines on embedded target hardware.

Team: Cloud Infrastructure Platform and Solutions (CIPS) Research Level: Junior, Senior and Master tracks

The Role

Own the algorithmic stability, mathematical modelling and real-time software execution behind LITEON's high-efficiency power architectures, electric drives and energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and model advanced control loops for power converters and dynamic energy systems.
• Develop real-time firmware, diagnostic algorithms and fault-detection routines on embedded target hardware.
• Test, debug and validate closed-loop software in high-power lab environments using hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) systems.
