Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited are recruiting on behalf of a defence/industrial technology client in Cambridge for a Control Systems Engineer. You will program and configure control systems using structured text and ladder logic (TIA Portal/Omron), debug and test code, and support machinery remotely with occasional site visits.

Qualifications

Experience programming and configuring using ladder logic and structured text.
UK driving license.
Background in PLC controls and system engineering.

Responsibilities

Write and develop PLC software and update existing code.
Resolve issues on a wide range of technology.
Debug and test new code.
Assist service engineers remotely.
Monday to Friday role.
Occasional travel with international opportunities.
