Job Description

Jaguar TCS Racing, a leader in electric motorsport and part of the Jaguar brand, is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to join our expanding team in Kidlington. This role involves supporting the development of test hardware, processes, and procedures to deliver top-tier products for our race programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and test in-house test rigs and vehicle control hardware/software
  • Design new hardware/software and integrate into vehicle architecture
  • Collaborate with Powertrain and Systems Engineers to meet test requirements
  • Maintain technical documentation for test hardware operation
  • Travel occasionally to race and test events to support hardware development
Candidate Requirements
  • GCSE, High School diploma, or equivalent
  • BEng in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Highly organized, able to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible working hours
  • Adherence to health, safety, and HV policies
